AZAL Increases Frequency of Baku–Yekaterinburg Flights
Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) will expand its flight program on the Baku–Yekaterinburg route starting from June 12, 2026. According to the updated schedule, flights on this route will operate four times per week.
The increased frequency is expected to provide passengers with greater flexibility and convenience when planning their trips. The new schedule is particularly aimed at meeting the growing demand during the summer season, while also supporting smoother travel arrangements for both tourism and business purposes.
The Baku–Yekaterinburg route is considered one of AZAL’s key destinations within Russia. Increasing the number of flights will further boost passenger traffic between the two cities, enhance tourism ties, and contribute to the development of economic relations.
It should be noted that direct flights between Baku and Yekaterinburg are already in operation, and this update focuses on optimizing and expanding the existing service. The new schedule will offer passengers more options and improved connectivity.
